歌の中にある人生　”A Life in Song”　

自分の人生

大阪下町に戻り、ドキュメンタリーカメラマンとして、
大阪西成の地元のカラオケ・バーやスナックに行くのが好きです。
カラオケやスナックでは、昔の歌を唄いながら飲んで楽しんでいる人たちに会っています。
そんな人たちを撮影していますが、
撮影している私に彼らは自分の人生の物語を語ります。
唄う歌に込められた驚くべき人生の物語を私は聴いています。
それぞれの歌の中に人生があるのです。

Back to Downtown Osaka.
As a documentary photographer,
I like to go to the Karaoke bars or Snacks of Nishinari’s area in Osaka.
I’m meeting people who come to enjoy time while drinking and singing songs of the past.
I’m taking their portrait and they are telling me the story of their life.
I’m hearing amazing stories. Each person is a life in song
