徳　Toku

徳とは

Virtue Toku means virtue.
What constitutes virtue for the Japanese?
It is a combination of modesty(kenjo), sensitivity to others’ feelings(jo) and a proper sense of duty or obligation(giri).
A virtuous person also enjoys life, even while observing the proper etiquette, and can adjust to any twists and turns in life’s road.

松下幸之助が言ってます
「人間として一番尊いのは徳である」と。
そして
「徳は習うことも教わることもできない、自分で悟るしかない」と。
